How would i go about adding over 5000 files of hair and .swf all at one? (2 Viewers)

The site i downloaded this from came with 2 extra folders
One called hair with a fuckload of 1200x1200 png's of hair, and another called SWF imports with a bunch of .swf files.
I found out to load the swf files i could place them in the INIT mod folder in loader, to load them on initialization, but where would i put the hair? same folder? or do i have this entirely wrong?
also, is there a way to automaticly load dialouge .txt's on startup?

Why would you load 5000 files into memory when you'll only ever see at most 20 at a time? Just put them into character folders so that you can load files as you need them.

Loading a lot of mods seems to crush FPS. When I have moreclothing with > 120 items FPS drops to around 8-10, when I load 20-30 it goes to 30 FPS.
