No, that's not right. Please consult the guidelines for reference images. And maybe check out the rules as well; you've earned a few negative karma points by inadvertently breaking some rules.

Can you make Palutena dynamic hair please?

It's impolite to present this same request to several different artists, especially when a proper revision thread already exists.

In order for a PNG hairstyle to be rendered with dynamic motion, it must first be traced into vectors. The last guy who wanted a dynamic Palutena hair wasn't willing to do this, and the thread went dormant. If you are willing to put in some work then go ahead and say so in the Revision thread (or, if you're feeling ambitious, just trace the PNG and then post the vector file in the Revision thread). If you're not willing to do any work, then you'll just need to be patient :P

;D Don't sweat it, wasn't meaning it like that. Truth be told I duplicated it myself from Mike while he was working on MY request, when I was still new. Anyone here can atone that I don't mind at all if my stuff is copied or "referenced", to make something new, especially when it's top notch like those, and will even pass along a FLA for you to use if asked 8).
