Re: Costume mods - update 11 jan. : Sakura Haruno

Re: Costume mods - update 11 jan. : Sakura Haruno

I downloaded the newest one and it works perfectly fine. Also tried out the Lara Croft Swimsuit one, i do like the effort you went to on the details like the connection between the back of the harness and the gun itself. and just the other little details that you've done like the holster on her waist. It's all good.

You also need to remember that just because you think it's shitty, that sometimes doesn't matter. You'll never like your own work as much as everyone else does ;D.

By the way Mike, nice to see you modding again and thanks for the latest imports, especially sakura ;D. Any plans on doing the young sakura costume?

Not sure what you're trying to say....I was going to ask you to use words but I'm not certain that would help :P.

Glad it's fixed for you now. By the way weapons are toggleable using same method as the one described for android 18.

Well quality is subjective as always with the "artistic" domain. That wasn't my point though. I was pointing the fact that even if it was objective shit I wouldn't get complaints.

No offence but I won't do child porn, whether or not it's anime.

Thx.

Even though one mods a porn game, they still got to have principles & limitations on what they will and will not do 8).

I understand.

But if one were to get technical, Ahsoka is 14 in the series and the young(er) Sakura is about 13. So, there is not that big of a difference in age. Maybe because she is an alien that it doesn't apply hmmm? :P

Didn't know that. Ahsoka looks older and sakura younger. You do have a point though I"ll delete ahsoka as soon as I come home.

Mike, the guy who doesn't do Unrealistically drawn underage pixels. >.>

Technically, he asked if you are going to do her costume, not her. Yes, there's a difference. >.>

Or... You could just do a mature version of it?

Indeed child porn is a plague and shouldn't exist in any kind of way. Realistic or not. The problem is the thought itself.

Technically, he asked if you are going to do her costume, not her. Yes, there's a difference. >.>

I won't pronounce myself about renegade's intentions but you've got to realize the costume is clearly associated to the character and in this case a child. You can fool yourself if you want though.

Or... You could just do a mature version of it?

Please develop I'm interested to know how you can make a costume more mature.

Re: Costume mods - update 11 jan. : Sakura Haruno

Making an older version of a character is NOT easy, some doujin artists do "mature" the characters to avoid the loli stigma, that's a really bad problem in anime when they draw young characters that look more mature and vice versa, also Loli age is till 14, 15+ is not loli, at least I remember it like that, I don't watch SW so didn't know Ahsoka was 14, she clearly looks 17+

Re: Costume mods - update 11 jan. : Sakura Haruno

Well, there's the obvious solution of making her breasts larger.

Grinned when I seen this, it is after all an inanimate object.

Instead of trying to tell a modder what to do why don't you just make it?
It's seriously easy stuff and loads of members have got in to it, Dante managed to even streamline the whole process to Draw -> Test -> Release.
I'm not saying "beg a modder or become one" but there's no point in trying to convince someone to do something they don't want to do. That's just a waste of time.
I avoided releasing a mod or two because I didn't like the ideas associated with it, and got a little criticism for it too.
Mike doesn't do easy letdowns so it's natural to feel a bit frustrated but that doesn't grant you the freedom to change that decision.
So you're left with a choice. Settle down and wait for more nice stuff or... you know... ask Dante.

Well I'm not even sure what version talking about but should be straight forward how to make a costume seem more mature. Change details, add little details etc.

What would you rather see or have: Child porn that involves actual children or ''child'' porn that involves a young looking unrealistically drawn pixel chick with mature features?

When you think of the word ''child'' you do not think of mature features, it's contradicting. But really... The main point is: Not real. Not actual children.

If it's not realistically drawn or doesn't look like a child then I don't see the problem. But meh, bitches be bitches(don't take seriously lol). Honestly though... I don't care. I just got into a mini rant mode lol. >.>

Same here, not sure if it makes it better or worse :-\. Anyway, costume deleted.

Well, there's the obvious solution of making her breasts larger.

Which wouldn't be completely accurate 'cause older doesn't always mean bigger boobs. I think I already did that anyway.

Grinned when I seen this, it is after all an inanimate object.

Thanks for understanding words :)

This + it doesn't make sense. If I add flowers, rainbows and pandabears I doubt she will look more mature. Also the costume was already "time damaged" so to speak.

Mike doesn't do easy letdowns so it's natural to feel a bit frustrated but that doesn't grant you the freedom to change that decision.

Hard to do half measures given the subject I'm afraid.

None. There's no preference in terms of child porn.

When you think of the word ''child'' you do not think of mature features, it's contradicting. But really... The main point is: Not real. Not actual children.

Again the costume is associated to a child character which I'm really really uncomfortable with. Whether or not the child is real the association of ideas is wrong to begin with. Child should not be linked to porn, ever, whether they are real or not. You won't change my mind on that.

I'm not trying to, all I really wanted to see was how solid your reasoning is for hatin de cute pixels. Now me, I don't associate anime lolis/young looking chicks to, well that's the thing. I don't associate it to anything. It is what it is, it is not that or that, it is anime style drawn pixel chicks.

But that's just how I think of it. I can understand the reasoning behind why people think that. I would probably think the same if I didn't see it, as I see it.

Instead of trying to tell a modder what to do why don't you just make it?

Oh I probably would if I was willing to but I'm too busy playing games or watching anime. >.>

I haven't really even once requested something other than one indirect time if that even counts lol. All I was doing in this thread was suggesting and poking at his reasoning behind it, I honestly didn't care if he did it or not.

Edit: 09:11:13 AM/09:11:13 AM, no wonder I didn't notice your post till now ModGuy lol. >.> (And nope that's not the time by where I live. I don't know where it is by and not really bothered lol)
