There's a big preview image which shows a gameplay screenshot with the Toriel mod active. This preview image is merely intended to be viewed; you're not meant to download it. Below this preview image you'll see two boxes - those are files which have been attached to the post.

You can click on the filename "toriel.png", which will open the PNG file in a new browser tab. You can then use the Ctrl+S shortcut (or File > Save) to save the file. You can also right-click the filename (or the thumbnail icon immediately to its left) and choose "Save Link As" from the context menu.
