Dorthy Gale Outfit

A shorter, skimpier version of Dorthy's dress from the Wizard of Oz

Would anyone be able to remove the dress, leaving only the shoes and socks, as well as the reverse? (As in, remove the shoes/socks)
I hoped if I put the outfit as a footwear option with moreclothing, it would sort of isolate them for me, but it didn't work. (Or I'm an idiot.)
