As far as I can tell from their website the beta does not seem to be out yet. Has it started already? Or are you guys playing the korean version or something?

the mods doesn't seem to work with the english alpha client at least, using the sentinel uncensored crashes the game to desctop when trying to create a new char, and when playing an excisting the textures doesn't see to load, also tried the ones using umod, which doesn't seem to work either, with those, nothing changes

Folder structure of the unpacked GFPK seems to be different; Queen's Blade's root directory seems to be "ata" (ie. ata\Objects\whatever) whereas Scarlet Blade's appears to be labeled "a".

I found an unpack script, but how do you repack?
The reimport option requires the files to be the same size so quickbms doesn't seem to work.

Any progress on the Sentinel de-censor? The grayscale skin is really ugly imo.
If I had the Korean files, I would try to do it myself.

Can you post a link and what post you're referring to? I've been working on trying to figure out how to fix this for a while now without luck. It may be that I'm using windows 8, there seems to be a thread about umod texture saving not working for win8 (but working on win7) so that may be my issue.
