Help: Game is running extremely slow when loading a few mods. (1 Viewer)

I've tried running the game in my browser as well as in flash player. In both instances after I load a few .swf mods the framerate plunges and everything gets really jittery.

I'm on a relatively nice computer with 16g ram and an ATI Radeon HD 7880 graphics card so that shouldn't be the issue. Is there any way to make the game run smoother with mods?
