Can't save custom characters? (1 Viewer)

I followed the tutorial on these forums exactly, but it's still saying it cannot find the folders? It's inside the SDT folder with my files, I have it like C:\Users\(My Name)\Desktop\SDT\Mods\Backgrounds, and same for hairs, but it says it can't find the location for either? why? it's loading them fine, it just won't save.
