I've been a long time lurker on this thread (and this forum until recently), and video games are my main source for zako, so I'm definitely invested in a lot of the discussions on this thread, and I figured it might be time to contribute.

Honestly, it's hard to know where to start. My gallery's just full of zako screenshots and videos from various games. I guess I'll start with the source of my (current) pfp: Final Fantasy XIV.

Because FFXIV is an MMO and these screenshots come from my own gameplay, the UI is a bit cluttery. Hope that doesn't get in the way of anyone's enjoyment of these zakos.

Now, I'm not very far into FFXIV. I've only beaten A Realm Reborn and am currently struggling through its post-game. So far, there aren't many zako to write home about, some may even find the ones I'm about to show to be a bit lackluster. Regardless, here's a look at my collection of screenshots of some of the imperial soldiers from FFXIV: A Realm Reborn.

For some background, the Garlean Empire is one of the main antagonistic forces in FFXIV. In A Realm Reborn, you don't encounter many soldiers of direct imperial descent. You do, however, encounter many imperial conscripts. These guys are the cannon fodder among cannon fodder, but that doesn't seem to humble their ego.

This video (not mine) shows one of the earliest cutscene encounters with them in the game. At 1:42 you can see a soldier (presumably the captain) acting all high and mighty, giving orders while speaking of the supremacy of the Garlean Empire (while not being an actual Garlean himself).

Something many of you may notice is that most of them are men. I get it, not everyone swings that way, so I'll let you know that the archers and clerics are women, while the ones wielding anything other than a bow or healing staff are men.

While their designs may not be anything amazing, I always did find something attractive about them. That something probably being that they all look like they're wearing skirts and tights.

That being said, most of my screenshots of them are my attempts at getting upskirt shots of them when they're defeated.

Now, we'd be here all day if I just kept dropping screenshots of every upskirt shot I have of them defeated. Something I have fewer of is upskirt shots of them in combat. I managed to get a couple of shots of a swordsman and an archer mid-combat, their rears in full view.

Spoiler: In case a low-quality closeup of video game ass isn't something someone wants to see at the exact moment of viewing this. This is the swordsman.

Like I said, they may not be the most eye-catching zako, but there definitely is something attractive about them.

In the attached zip folder are some videos of some archers and a cleric getting defeated. One of my favorite things about them are the little noises they make when they go down, but those moans aren't exclusive to the imperials in this game.

I hope y'all got some enjoyment out of these. Maybe I'll post some zakos from another game tomorrow.

I drop from FFXIV even tho Elves and Bunny people are hot! ha ha I guess MMo are not for me.

Thanks! And yeah, unfortunately FFXIV doesn't have many overworld zakos as far as I'm aware. The imperial soldiers encountered in the overworld are all guys, which isn't something I'm not turned on by, but having some women in the mix would be nice. As far as I know, most to all female zakos in FFXIV can only be encountered in dungeons and quest-specific scenarios. It was a pain playing through New Game+ just to get a second look at the imperial girls. If anyone knows of some notable female zakos that can be encountered at any time in the overworld, I would love to hear about them!

Right outside quarrymill there is some, the couerlclaw poachers and such. Also if you're higher level (80+) a place called raktika greatwood has some too. As far as i know anyway, there is some heretics in mor dhona i think that has female enemies too. But yeah most of them are part of storyline quests, dungeons and guildleves and such.

Someone uploaded a mod yesterday, but the official developers are going to announce a patch tomorrow. I still hope that we get new Yasha and Onihime to fight.


This person actually worked on this mod for a year. It's simply a reskin of the Mona and Lisa sprites, but I enjoy watching them defeat Axel.

The game Conglomerate 451 is filled with a lot of beautifully modeled zakos. There looks to be a lot of different designs as well but I never got that far.

Maybe I'll try to rip the models for a mod.

Also, were we ever able to rip the videos from Maximum Force? Because I'm pretty sure I own the PS1 and the PC version of the game. I might try rip those videos.

too bad the game itself is pretty bad. i would jump in to play it regardless IF i could somehow mod it like i did other saints row games.

There is another female soldier at 0:38 and 1:04 in the video. Anyway, I grabbed this image off of Twitter. We know about the casino worker and the soldier, but this image has another casino worker and another female enemy we haven't seen yet. I hope this game finally gives us a big female enemy in Double Dragon.

I bought Sifu on Steam which is currently 25% off until May 15, 2023. I liked that the game has some big ladies, but developers still won't give them grapple attacks. If you pay attention to the attack patterns, you realize that there are only a handful of enemy behaviors. You have an average female that only throws puches, a slender one that performs some kicks, and a bigger lady who sometimes bounces off the wall to kick the player. There is no fat lady nor is there a jacked lady who grabs the player. I was so disappointed with this game. I will only play beat 'em ups with trainers or cheat engine so I can unlock everything as quickly as possible.
