"Him" (i.e. how we use to call the character on the right) isn't like "her" : only his right arm and penis are meant to move, not like "her" mouth that is animated.
So the only way to make "him" close the mouth is to draw a new mod.
You may request it in the Loader Requests section, but preferably add a reference of a closed mouth to help the potential modder.
The best is to ask directly to ds14048 , as you need his approval to make a revision of his work (it can be done anyway if you get no answer after a reasonable amount of time, e.g. 2 weeks. cf. Editing Mod from a member).
