It doesn't matter if you cheat or not, you just have to beat the FC boss, and it will put you into the stage with the wolf. It doesn't do anything but walk around though.

You don't specifically even need to beat the F.C. Boss, simply put an "_" before 01EggPlant.player and rename 15FrozenWolf.player to 01EggPlant.player and start a normal game (with or without cheats) and you'll fight the wolf instead.

Yeah, it looks like the wolf has some basic attacks now, but no holds.

This game is so amazing, He just keeps making it better. I love the new main menu, it's much easier to check if I've used all of a monsters attacks, and to figure out the combos to use them now.

She used to only have that one finisher, but in one of the previous updates he added a new finish animation to her SP finish. I must say, I rather like it as far as aesthetically fitting the monster, it's very "planty" hahaha.
The new wiki was amazingly helpful since I missed a few updates, and trying to go back and figure out what happened in previous updates with google translate is just infuriating.

New update today, Fixed so you can watch MJF and added some more to frozen wolf. There appears to be a voting block on the right side of the non-translated page but it isn't showing up in the page translators. Options such as add a red dragon, absorption/expansion, vore and stuff. Wonder if anyone can get a full translated list?

If you go to eluku's blog you'll usually find the download link at the top of the newest post if you visit it around Sunday to Tuesday. Currently there's the word "DLpass" underneath, short for DownLoad PASSword.
At the linked page you should have much trouble finding a form, and right next to it the word "pass". Copy and paste or write the password in that form and click the button right to it. After a few seconds you should be asked where you want to save the file (or it will save it automatically to your desktop, depending on how you configured your browser).
Then, don't forget to have fun. :-P

From top down it is as follows: Small People, Robots/Mecha, Therianthrope, Mist, Tentacles Space (Space Monster?), (Self explanatory), Foot Fetish, Small Girl, More Urethra, Slurping Pleasure (?), Liquification, (Unknown.), (Self Explanatory), Nipple Penetration, Spectal (Ghost) enemy, (Next two are self explanatory), Cloths and Accessories For Tiki, GEEK, Giant Hermaphrodite, Hypnosis, Wolf Mother (Possibly Pregnant), (Self Explanatory), Devil Girl, Special Kisses For the Monsters, Milking or Breastfeeding, (Next two are Translated already), Cum Urinal, Futa, Virgin, Childbirth and Pregnancy, Naughty Witch, (All others Translated)

FairyFighting Latest Build (206) Patch Notes (As discovered and Noted personally):
-*- Most Notable -*- After Failing to escape from the "Super" Grapple (When the Wolf's SP bar is full, and he flashes yellow before pouncing) which leads to an instant KO, there is a new (albeit a tad Simplistic) Animation of the wolf repeatedly phasing chunks of ice into Tiki for her to push out.
-Changes to the damage of FrostWolf's Damage Output when "grabbed". -Increased-
-Minor changes to the animation of the stage during the FrostWolf Fight. (Possible the addition of falling snow)
Final Thoughts: Though I would like to see more depth to the Frost Wolf when it's SP meter is fully charged up other than simply waiting for the right moment to pounce, I expect that this feature will come soon enough.
Should you download it? For me, it's a yes just to see the new Finishing Animation.

The CG for losing to the super grapple I think (as in my pure speculation) is just a place holder and will eventually become the lose animation. I do like the FrozenWolf's unique background.
