Dialouges with buttons not working with DA v4.09 (1 Viewer)

I even tried it with just SDTDialogueActionsv4.09dev3.swf I have loader 5.45a
edit: just tried 5.45d and it still does't work

try the latest version (v4.09dev7) - but is it just buttons not working or also not the other features like start:"hello" and all other DA triggers?

Just tried v4.09dev7 and still no buttons, as far as I know all other features work fine I can play DA dialogues except these that require button interaction

Did you try Pim's test dialogue?

If you haven't tried it yet, you could see if the problem is within your loader. Try downloading lets say WeeWillie's bundle and start up SlaveBazaar. (Or any other pre-made loader with DA already installed)
If the buttons work there than you can either download the loader again and reinstall your mods or take mods one by one out of your existing mods.txt to see if anything is causing Dialogue Actions's buttons to stop working.
If the buttons don't work in other loader either than... maybe reinstal flash? I don't know...

I just made a copy of slavebazzar and deleted the Mods and settings folder and replaced them with mine and it works, but its still so strange why this doesn't work normally

No idea but hey, it works right? :grin: Just use that loader or install another completly new loader and continue working/having fun there. No need to overthink it.. just be careful with what you do, maybe you can spot the cause if it happens again.

"Should be" is not the same as "did".

"Dialogue Actions should be working fine" is the message Pim's dialogue displays if the trigger "SETVAR" worked as intended

intro:"[introx]"
introx:"[SETVAR_x_1][introy]" {"set":{"x":0}}
introy:"[introz*x*]"
introz0:"DialogueActions is not working - SETVAR didn't have any effect"
introz1:"DialogueActions should be working fine"

So by "It said "Dialogue Actions should be working fine" " he probably means that the result he got from the dialogue was: "Dialogue Actions should be working fine"
