what type of file need to make Dialogue file or mod for game (1 Viewer)

for some reason do not know what type of file i need to make Dialogue for game or mod for it.

thought so was not sure if you hand to do anything special in writing it. i am not that computer sabby. i more use to old dos style pc. all this new style of programing and other ways you do stuff new to me. i use to messing around with pc jr to get stuff to run right.
