Penis sizes outside the current range will simply clip through the graphics.
Breast sizes outside the current range do not exist, and would need to be drawn.
At that clothing for them would also require graphics.
This would directly conflict with the timelines for both breasts and clothing, and would likely just crash the code.
I wouldn't bother with either, it's simply too much hassle.
As for your programming experience, go make some loader mods, example modders in my sig.
