This is aimed primarily at Billy-Bob-Da-Hilly (who is not apparently, an actual hillbilly, but does great work nevertheless), although I suppose anyone that has his permission could do it...

I was wondering if a version of your dress mod could be made that looks like this:

I was pleasantly surprised at all the variations. Only thing missing was a Wonder Woman Stars & Stripes version. Ha ha.
