I have some files that when I try to view the hair or body it won't work. When I open them in the browser I see the hair in the background and SDT loader covers it. Try Swiff Player and then all I get is the tile screen for SDT. Am I missing something? I am very new to this and I am a little confused. For example tried downloading the Juri Han annd Ryuko hairs and I can't see the hair itself.

You mean when you try to load your mods, the character's head is replaced with a blue box that looks like the SDT title screen, right?
If that's what it is, then you have to load those mods with the "SWF mods" button, not the "hair" button.
The "hair" button only loads in static images that replace the girl's hair. The "SWF mod" button is used to load any SWF mod, even if it includes hair.
