I think it's called "Wedding Dress (short)" or similar by K Kir - unfortunenately I can't find it here any more ...
I actually did find it again thought it wasn't in repository: Kir has a forum post with some spoliers, one of them named "SWF imports #2". If you open it, you'll find it (use ctrl+F3 in doubt). HTH
