What is this mod i've seen (1 Viewer)

So after browsing for characters and hair imports, i noticed that in some preview pictures of topic creators that they have some mod or something where theres numbers on the top which i'm assuming is like a Artificial Girl 3 Cheat thingy where you see how long you go until you basically jizz. Anyone know what this mod is?

The Loader has several counters at the top of the screen. One of them is a "pleasure meter".
