.swf mod clothing changes color (1 Viewer)

I've got a few characters saved, ones that use vanilla clothing and ones that use .swf clothing. I can set the color of the .swf clothing, but if I change to a different character with a different colored shirt or pants and change back, then the .swf clothing changes color too.

In actual words, I have one girl with a white .swf dress (top and bottom). If I change to a girl with a black shirt and blue jeans and then go back to the girl with the dress, the top becomes black and the bottom becomes blue.

Is there a way to deal with this?

Re-open the game, it does that for me too and this is the only thing that seems to help.
