SWF file loading while in game (1 Viewer)

Hi. I'm kinda new at this so please be patient. I'm trying to load the Futa Humper swf file as a dialogue action so it loads automatically when the dialogue line plays. I don't want to put it in the mod folder because it will be there the whole game. If someone could point out either the tutorial I need to find or how to acutally do it that would be great. Thanks
