For future reference: it's a good idea to include links to the things you mention, for two reasons:
- it informs readers of the specific things that you've already tried (and/or rejected) so that we don't waste time on them
- it helps newbies to discover existing mods (which otherwise tend to get neglected)

MadLEON
seems to be describing
@Patrice's body mods, which can be found
here and
here. However it's important to note that Pat uses the adjective "skinny" to describe the
default thigh shape created by
@Konashion -- in contrast to Pat's own "thicker" mods
(which do actually change the body shape).
@gollum edited Pat's fishnet-squat mod to omit the fishnets. I think that the squatting legs retain the standard thickness, but you can test it for yourself.
@Rusty66's
Holli Would mod slightly reduces the "girth" of the thighs (and leaves the calves totally unchanged), but it
does noticeably reduce the size/prominence of the buttocks. You'll need to test it in order to determine whether it matches your expectations.
If you're looking for
significantly thinner legs
(e.g. "anorexic supermodel" level of skinniness) then I can't really help you because I've never seen anything like that. But I wasn't around in the early days of SDT modding; one of the
real veterans might be able to remember something.
Of course you can always
request a new mod. IIRC the biggest challenge with thigh mods is shaping the buttock curve so that it blends into the torso cleanly throughout the full arc of motion. Major changes to the legs
usually require an accompanying torso mod; it's not feasible to fit a tiny butt into a standard waist.
Yes, that's possible. The forum merger was somewhat discriminatory; it did not recover the
complete content of each pre-existing forum. For example: posts or threads
deleted from SDTMods could potentially be recovered by an SDTMods administrator. But the forum merger copied only "live" content, so deleted material was
not migrated to Undertow. It's gone forever
(except for orphan copies of SWF files which forum veterans may have saved to their HDDs).
Attached files were preserved only if the original post was included in the migration. Some modders chose to share their work via external filehosts, and the links have died due to inactivity. Other modders deliberately removed their work for various reasons
("screw you guys I'm outta here" drama, scrubbing pornographic material from their web history so that it can't embarass them later in life, dissatisfaction with the quality of their early work, deciding to stop paying for an old private filehost account, etc).
The very oldest SWF mods wouldn't be usable nowadays because they rely on deprecated tech (such as Modder.swf). If you can find such files then you're welcome to re-share them; someone might be able to modernize and recompile them.

If you still have copies of some old/rare files, or if you'd like to provide more exposure for some of less-appreciated mods, then you're welcome to participate in the
resource migration project.
