Loader Mod on Upper Arm and Hand flashing like crazy (1 Viewer)

I'm likely doing something massively wrong and incredibly obvious. The loader mod (currently only the upper arm and hand so far) I'm making is flashing like crazy when I load it, and I'm not sure exactly what I've done wrong. Help?

hmm, my template extension that comes with the loader should fix the flashing arm bug from the vanilla/alternate loader templates.
