I Need help with downloading and where to place the downloads (1 Viewer)

First off, I'm completely new, had no idea the community was so big, after just playing Vanilla this is all pretty confusing. So I've looked for some Character imports but when I find them, and excuse me if I'm being retarded and not realizing, but It seems to just be a picture of the hair and accessories, I have no idea what to do at that stage, here's an example http://www.sdtmods.com/index.php?topic=3299.0 7th comment. I would also, like a lot of you like to download the sex position mod but am too retarded to find it.
Basically if someone could just talk me through it or send me to a good guide, You would be amazing!!

...and paste it into the Custom SaveData box on the Modding Tab in the game menu. Then click the Load button below it.

Save the Nico-Robin-Timeskip-longer.png from Mineurs post in the same folder as the game, load it by clicking the Hair... button. That's it.

Loading a background is pretty much the same. Save the file, load it with the Background... button.

You use the Swf Mod... button to load .swf files, no matter if it's a hair or clothing. Not all .swf files work in the vanilla game.

Saving characters can be done on the modding tab as well, guess which button. :P
