Game is running waaay too fast (1 Viewer)

New PC, re-downloaded everything, but now the game runs at a ludicrous speed.

So instead of the normal speed it acts as if I put it in fast forward.

Anyone know how to fix this?

This has got to be the first time I ever see someone complaining about a game running too fast.

Anyway, to try and answer your questions, as first thoughts, all I have in mind right now is maximum quality and strand shaders turned on.

You could also try some dynamic mods to make the game slower if you're that desperate.

Is it even supposed to run extra fast, even if your cpu had power to spare? Something doesn't feel right.

That's what I thought, but it is definitely running way too fast and the only difference between this and the last PC is this one has a better CPU and graphics card.
