This is one of the glaring issues the games currently suffered from 60fps cap uplift. Not only you suffered from this, the NPCs too. The NPCs have timer on how long they do something (blocking/charging devour) and this timer does get affected by 60fps (this makes the game lot more difficult for no reason and turn off new players). The games was build to run only on 30fps. There also few other stuff affected by this. List of issues I known/found so far: 1. Charge Devour (NPC also suffer from this) 2. Charge Crush and Charge Glide (NPC also suffer from this) 3. NPCs letting down their shield too early 4. NPCs dodging an incoming attacks way too early 5. "Control: Spin + Shot: Orbit" mechanic is messed up 6. Gboro's large AoE aerial shot particle effect (too fast, then its replay the pfx animation) 7. Assault gun's rate of fire speed 8. Just Guard (Im quite adept on JG and I noticed the timing is far off) 9. Some Blood Art that require button timing (Parrying Upper 2 BA and Execution are prime example) 10. Aragami recover from 'downed' and Hold state much faster 11. Poison and Fatal Poison ticks faster 12. NPCs recover from "stunned" state much faster Honestly, I dont even really care if the game is in 30fps. Its not a fighting game. ()

It even has errors in the cinematics, static eyes, the shots are not visible if there is a lot of skybox, and perhaps many other things, I know it is an old game... but I hope the 2 can be fixed first god eater on steam, now that the psvita and ps4 versions did not go through the same thing.
