No, a modder will not work with what you've posted.
The guidance specifically says Side-view is essential: almost nothing can be done if the hair or costume is not shown exactly from the side (i.e. 90°). Here's what we mean by side view -> See attached

Please understand I'm not saying this to be mean or belittling you. Posting anything that does not comply with the guidance wastes you time and ours.
