Head Collector was initially a VR game, but recently made it playable without VR headset. The game is not perfect, but you can add custom models.

Some of the KOFAS zako XPS models are available on DeviantArt, they are compatible with Head Collector.. You need Blender to import and export.

I’m more looking forward to Kingdom Under Fire: The Rise, but from what I understand, this game doesn’t look very promising. I’m not sure if we’ll be able to play this game in the future.

Here is a full demo gameplay. Seems like these are more like the "winter court" type of evil fairy elves,less the Tolkien or D&D kind.
