Just about all you're requesting exists already in the Downloads section:

• Bikini Cow

• Cow-print Hairband
• Cow-print Stockings
• Cow-print Gloves

Akeno herself is also in the Downloads section in both static and dynamic hairstyles if you're looking for her hair as well.

Hi @Mackena12345. Welcome to the Undertow forum.

It's the Girl to the left in the picture with the girl that is in a Cow Costume.

As @FaultyRadar pointed out (thanks for finding those files by the way!) you can probably fulfill this fantasy by combining several existing mods. If you're unsure about how to use those files, then please take a look at the Newbie Guide and post a Help thread if you have any further questions.

If you'd like to pursue this request then you're welcome to do so -- by replying to this thread with more requirements, suggestions, complaints, etc. Before doing so, please take a look at the Request Rules. We expect you to be specific about what you want and provide usable Reference Images.

If you're satisfied with the stuff provided by @FaultyRadar then we can consider this request filled. Please feel free to make additional requests in the future ... but remember to Search first so that you don't ask for something which already exists :P
