The hair is Rikku, just shift click to remove the parts you don`t need. The pants are in the trainer.swf that`s up here in the thread. Not sure if you can find the pants someplace else, you should search the artist alley, maybe dante has some similar stuff.

are you sure it is that mod? because that flashing arm error comes from using the body modtype, which this mod does not use.
this mod uses the leg and top modtypes.

could there perhaps be another mod that you are adding with moreclothing that is causing the flashing arm?
(also unsure how to fix the flashing arm, i looked into it in the past but i don't think i came up with a proper solution that still allowed using the body modtype.
~it is specifically the layer on the arms that the body modtype uses, i proposed a tweak to change that layer, but then mods that use the body template may not layer as expected.
