yeah... as a saints row fan since about 2014 (when i went into college), i am mixed on the game. i love it that each group clearly has generic women (nice change of pace from SR3 and SR4 where at least some enemy group types were exclusively male) and it does seem like it is going to have gang customization, but it barely feels like a true saints row game and just woke crap. hopefully it will at least have the same file structure or format as the recent saints row games (rather than agents of mayhem) so it will be a hell of a lot easier to extract files and swap out models and hopefully has console command codes like god mode and such so i can relive being a "superpowered" badass (deadpool-style if not superman-style) and it will not be too woke. but, can't get my hopes up. at this point, being woke is a curse for media frachises. get woke, go broke. at minimum: lose the love and respect from your fans more than any other business decision could likely do.

not quite on topic, but new steam game called wars and roses have decent foundation, female pmc, enemies to kill, blood cloud on hit...

was thinking that in future, could have stuff like swap out enemies to chicks, blood textures... and such.


but devs will be busy fixing bugs and difficulty for now I think

It's amazing how easily "woke" content can turn into magical realming. Hell the BBW lesbian bondage fantasies I write could easily be sold as "woke" if I added some fancy college language in there and cleaned a few things up. I have a fantasy that one one of these "grrll power" spy movies just ends up being full of nothing but lesbian Zako content because they decided the enemies should be strong women as well. Throw in some "body positivity" and it's right in my ball court. Hell it could exist already, just waiting for someone in our community to pick up on it, but fuck If I'm going to subscribe to Netflix to watch all this garbage.

The Last of Us 2 was basically a giant multibillion dollar magical realm for that Druckmann guy. I'm not the only one to point this out. Too gross gory for me though, and the use of young and borderline underage (idk never fucking played it but apparently the women are all teenagers?) girls......yuck city.

But seriously devs, Women only Splinter Cell. Do it. It's totally woke and progressive

They aren't my enemies, but overly performative "woke" content that involves wealthy trust fund white people self flagellating themselves and demanding that YOU, the audience do the same is fucking cringe, and zombifying multi decade old IPs and saddling it with some modern moral compass instead of you know, coming up with original ideas, is indicative of a lack of creativity. Also if we want to talk about "harmful" content (which is a term I'm not sure works for entertainment), TLOU2 is far more sexually exploitative than Duke Nukem. As for heirarchal structures, I'm not really about to discuss marxist theory on a jack off forum bruh

Recently just found this mod and I am so glad to finally get to see the girls in cutscenes as well as fight them way more too. They got my favorite outfit design among any henchwomen and they really hot too. Wish their outfits or models themselves were modded more into other games

i have also created my own saints row III female enemies mod, but maybe more practically done. Female Morningstar replace all the males, Decker specialist replaces all the males, the masked female gimp replaces the Luchadores (fitting as she is masked like the luchadores but not as "disturbingly masked" as the male gimp and her character model takes on the luchadore green palette), cops and military are replaced with the respective cop and soldier stripper model (i don't like this as it might come across as 'racist' i reinterpreted Steelport as having an all-black-woman police force and military getting slaughtered by the Saints), STAG has been replaced with the female STAG troopers or at least the caucasian one since i think she is the only female variant that actually stands out as female from the males), and (depending on your preferred version) Zombies have either been replaced with Cyberbladers (i personally hate the zombies being in the game) or left alone but rendered entirely female if you for whatever reason want the original zombies. and then whatever civilians i could do have been rendered female as well.
