"Set in the fantasty world of long ago Venice, the young Scarlett falls victim to a terrible mystery, which begins with the murder of her companion by a secretive alliance of necromancers. Scarlett finds out that she is the daughter of death incarnate and is blessed with his ultimate powers. She is the only one who can stop the gruesome powers that threaten to destroy the entire living world."
- Game is pretty similar to Fable style. You play as Death's daughter, Scarlet.
- You can find new armor sets and costumes (and also mod them in PC version).
- Player can be hit, pummeled, knocked down and grabbed. Most enemies have only one basic attack though.
- Some of the human enemies have big hammers that knock you down, and some of them have a followup attack (character gets up though).
- All but one boss have a grab. The first boss wraps a vine around your ankle and swings you around/throws you away. Second boss is a giant who picks you up and slams you down. Last boss also has a grab attack.
- It is possible to mod Scarlet's armors and replace enemy's meshes and textures with others.
- When you die in the game you don't actually die but you get back up until you have no more Death's powers to bring you back alive.
