troubleshooting: how to run the loader with flash player? (1 Viewer)

I'm on W10, which has adobe flash built in iirc. For some reason I can't get the loader to work. Did I miss something? I put the loader in a folder like the tutorial says to.

You're mistaken, guy. Windows does not have Flash built in. Also, just saying that you can't get it to work isn't very useful. What happens when you try to run it?

that's odd... sorry for the confusion. When I try running the loader (defaults into IE) I am greeted by the following picture
