1. Download IPF Suite:
IPF Suite released - Tree of Savior Fan Base

2. click "Open" Go to char_texture in Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\data
3. Click on the name the left window
4. click "Char_texture.ipf" -> "PC" -> Body -> Voila you found the folders,
5. You drag the modded .dds file on the .dds on the right window.

Pretty sure IMC re-encoded the game files so the files appear corrupted to the ipf suite

I found an encrypter/decrypter for the encoded ipf files, if it helps:

That seems to be the source that's been updated for iTOS, but you need to compile it to an executable

Okay so, this is great. I had many conflicted feelings about "WHICH" path to take because of the class restricted armors...now with this we can probably replace our existing armors with the ones we DON'T have, pretty much like the BDO Armor Swapper. I hope it can turn into something like that.

This is quite different to the topic.....I have hopes and this is more of a dream but I was wondering, a question and a suggestion to the OP....do you think we can bring the RO armor sprites to replace some of the ToS sprites? For instance...replace the clerici's armor with a sura's armor? Would be sick...just saying though this is just wishful thinking on my part. I think it's impossible but just wanted to throw that out.

It's actually not like that at all really. Despite how the game looks, the armors are not sprites. Not at all.
They're actually 3d models, this is simply a texture edit

Of course, being able to swap textures means that it might be possible to swap models as well. It just really depends

When I tried to, the program returned an error and I can no longer preview the textures so either something is wrong on my end or the answer is "no".

did you compile and run the IPFunpacker linked above? the files are encrypted now and you have to decrypt them with with IPFunpacker before you can view or edit them with IPF suite

Yup, confirmed you can still mod if you decrypt them first, add your mod files, and encrypt them in again.
