Ever since I started my second dialogue they would never play right. I tried one out and she would talk even when she had her face stuffed. Does anyone else has this problem?
It could be a bug on the dialogue, but there isn't much information to give, due to the fact that everything seems fine.
It could be a mod problem since it all started when I was trying to load mods.

Why would you do that?
Having her speak as style is default. If you want to manually specify that you can do that with {"style":"Speak"} as well, but that's not needed.
Open your dialogue in notepad.
Find and replace [{"style":"Her"}] with [] (nothing).

Another note, it doesn't saves upon quitting. It says Loading Mod fail on the top right corner.

How about loading the mods one by one?
Make a character folder with only 1 mod. If that works, add another. If that works, add the last one.
If it fails, try the mod that caused the fail solo. If that mod fails to load, that one might be broken.
EDIT: I haven't been able to reproduce your bug. From what I'm hearing though, it sounds like the Loader is rejecting a mod due to an unchecked error somewhere.
What version of the loader are you using?
If you open SDT.swf alone, do you still have the problem?
If you ... hmm... ah. If you open the Loader.swf, then select the standard SD Chan character, do you still have the problem?
Loading the SD chan eliminates the problem, but how about this. Put cock size one all the way down and cock size 2 all the way up. Is that budge normal when you deepthroat that cock? Also, I think my dialogues might be corrupted...
