If you vector trace the whole thing into an SVG file, then a Flash modder can repackage it as a SWF file. You'd then be able to adjust the bandana color in-game via the RGB sliders.

If you just want a few specific color variants then tell us which ones; someone can upload a few edited copies of the PNG file.
