Could Someone make this character? Here's the references

Hi @Rizael. Could you please take a look at the Request Rules? So far you've made only one minor mistake (attaching reference images instead of rehosting them) but it couldn't hurt to glance over the document and refresh your memory.

• The first image isn't ideal, because it includes no side views of the hair.
  
• The second image is much better. It has only two flaws:
  • the image is zoomed and cropped aggressively -- everything is framed around the kiss. I could not simply trace it and then publish it; the missing details would need to be sketched in.
    
  • it depicts the "wrong" side of the girl's face. Her hairstyle is somewhat messy and asymmetrical, so flipping the hairstyle might be inaccurate.
• We can ignore the symmetry question and just mirror the second image. But some of the other images for this character show different partings (and/or a lighter blonde color). Are we dealing with real-world vs fantasy-world versions of the character? Or is the imagery just a bit inconsistent due to different artists being involved in the project?
