The second one is part of the basic game - it is an ankle cuff called panties IIRC.

The first one's original version is in the archive. It's Panties Around One Leg. However a better place to get an updated version is in moreclothingv3 from sby in the Loader section. (You will need to guess the password to get into the Loader section - it's not hard. It is behind a password so that people know they have to use the Loader in order to use these mods. Once you have entered the password for the Loader section the link below should work. moreclothingv3 is under the m-r spoiler.)
