Get a somewhat fast firing weapon (I have Power type R3a, which only has a speed (Quickly) of 5), and just hold down, turn around the entire time and shot your gun. The dogs will either stop moving and growling at you or are thrown down; don't try to finish the dogs that are just standing there or are thrown down, the danger of an attack from behind is far to high. At best go as far to the right as possible, most of the dogs will respawn far on the right side, this way you'll get 50 kills way faster.

Anyway, here's my savegame:

Well I couldn't make any sense out of the translations. I played it for awhile and couldn't see any changes in the game either. No new levels or animations up from what I can tell.

Well I just downloaded the full updated version he just put now. Seems he hasn't added any levels from what I can tell, but I checked the folders and he has added more animations to the dogs and from his description it sounds like he has changed the intermission system for when a dog is on you.

Also just by looking in the folder it looks like he has added more animations on all the enemies, even the maggots. Going to play around in-game and see if I can't figure out what's different, if anyone beats me to it, feel free to post it :)

Also already a new stage room in the folders (Reika room stage) , don't know what uses it in-game

Raika's room is also in the last update, you're in it when you die because you were pregnant and didn't go to the hospital in the next 5 rounds.

It's actually been in there since before the dogs update.

There is however a new stage, not just room, but an actual stage based off of that room. Seems he is planning on having an extra bonus stage or something where you play in her house...

What is new though is like you say, is if you don't go to medical center, during one of the cutscenes after 3 missions (you can just start a mission, and then immediately turn the escape flag on by pushing the pause button and exiting the stage, repeat this 3 times and you will get this intermission dialogue, presuming you have been impregnated by the dogs) you are in the room and she says she doesn't feel good. After 3 more missions you are in that room again and the baby comes out.

Still have been unable to find what uses the new animations in-game :S
If you look in the folders you can see them, it's the ones where everything is shaking like if you orgasm only while it's shaking they keep fking instead of stopping and cuming...

The difference is he added a new hidden 'naughty' stat, presumably based off how many times you let the monsters have their fun. This is what makes her orgasm before the monsters finish. It also causes her to sometimes go into her 'defeated' positions without actually losing all of her hp.

The damage the enemies do to your stamina is now affected by the "Tukami time"; the longer the enemies rape you the less damage they will deal per tick.
This can be abused to legally cheat (the game won't count it as cheating): Set the Tukami time to "Very few" and as soon as an enemy tries to rape you go into config and change it to "Very many"; this will result that the enemy will try to rape you very shortly, but also deal the little damage as if they would rape you far longer. This can also be used the other way around, begin with "Very many" and change it to "Very few"; this will result in enemies rape you multiple times.
Giving birth to flies now also deals damage.

Simply beat the dog stage one time

If you beat it already before the patch and you bring the save over you still have to beat it again
