Womens' nipples usually aren't perfectly centered on the breasts. They usually point outward, check some reference photos at 3d(.)sk if you want. The exception is when there are implants, which cause the breasts to be more circular than normal and thus causes the nipple to appear perfectly centered. Basically - perfectly centering the nipples would just be not natural.

Mharius, I'm glad to see progress is being made towards a nude mod for Mortal Kombat. That being said, Mileena's flesh pit costume is going to be the easiest to alter. It's just some very thin band of cloth. Focus on Mileena first, then you can hopefully import Mileena's body over some of the others.

This is just a cartoon. I think it would be better center nipples, and more sexy if it is a little outside the dress. I'm not looking to be realistic. If the surgeon is good, nipples can be in the center. ;-)
