What is it supposed to do? I don't notice a damn thing!!!!!

The more mascara, the more her face will be cover with it (tears/choke)

Oh, ok. It affects how much there is when it starts to run. I normally turn tears off, so I guess I hadn't messed with it enough to notice the difference. THANKS!
