Nope. Has to be side-on, because that's the view you see in SDT.
Dangan Ronpa's sprites are largely facing towards the player - the only girl I have profile shots of is Sakura, the wrestler. Maybe we'd have more luck getting profiles from the anime.

I know I've seen screenshots of an Aoi hair in use, but nobody ever posted the hair file here.
