I have no idea what I'm doing (1 Viewer)

How do i install mods? I'm assuming you have to download the pictures people post and then put them, somewhere, but i have no idea what to do. Help!

Ok, I've read that, but another problem I have is I can't open SDT. I've reinstalled flash player, and everything I've read is telling me to open it with that, but whenever I try to open SDT it says it is unable to find software for the selected file.

Standalone flash player will fix that issue rather easy I think.
