How do I make both the guys hand hold (1 Viewer)

I keep seeing pictures on the mod forum with people making the guy hold the girls head with both hands but I can only hold using his right arm and only that one. If it is not a technical issue can someone link the swf mod that does it then, many thanks.

if you go to the loader tab in game menu there should be an option labeled "arm" or something, same area as "fix shoulder"

Its part of the DialogueActions mod made by Pim_gd , and you have to type [TOGGLE_LOADER_ARM_ON] into a linetype to turn it on.
