This is a somewhat popular manga that is currently being adapted into an anime.
I only recently learned about it, and so far I'm only about a dozen chapters in.
To my pleasant surprise, there's already been a fair amount of guro/ryona. Not a ton, but enough that I thought it was worth mentioning here.

Here's most of the female guro that I remember seeing. There's plenty of violence against men, too, if that's your thing.

The manga's sale in Japan doesn't seem to be doing well after the airing of the anime so maybe it's not that well received in Japan.
I haven't had the time to check out the anime till now, and I liked the anime since it has some likeable characters.

As for the ryona, there are some I liked and some I didn't. They didn't show as much as they did in the manga for some parts.
