I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but it took a while for me to figure out, so I'll share what I did just in case anyone else runs into this.
I was encountering a whole lot of bugs. The handjob position was broken. Characters wouldn't load right. Lots of other weird stuff.
Download the flash debugger. If you have a problem like mine, a window should say Error #1009.
The problem is the audio driver. I have mine disabled because I always use Bluetooth headphones.
Enable the driver or connect to your headphones and everything should be fixed.
