I think the game is out in the US/EU by AeriaGames already? I just went to Echo of Soul - A Fantasy MMORPG | Aeria Games downloaded the game and started playing.

Yes, the other Publisher has shut down due to "no new content", so it is only Aeria left now but it only matter of time before they also stop publishing it.

Sadly, XignCode for EU/NA EOS detects it. But in order to bypass that, try the following guide:

No idea if this one works. However, it is an arduous way to set this all up to get it work. Currently, no time for that. In the meanwhile, maybe someone else could have the motivation to do it and let us know :)
