It is limited to the partcutdesac.xml that I have edited.

If you're using the feminized Sage file I created, you can use
Please edit the partcut of the thread there.

so adding<!-- before and --!> after the line makes it a comment so the body part is not removed?
You're wrong.
The partcutdesc command consists of Path, File, and Relation.
If you look closely at the relations in particular, you can understand them.
The path is the selection of the character to apply the cut to.
The file selects the clothes you want to cut or not cut.
Relation are the commands that tell you which parts of the body to cut when wearing the clothes you selected in the file.
You can use a chain of these commands by trial and error.

That command you wrote will only invalidate that line.

Enable the path command.
The only thing you need to do is write the clothes you don't want to cut to the file command.
It's tedious and time-consuming, though.

Thank you, everything is working out:

but a new problem has arisen, many files where the costume was changed, parts of the body and skin are removed, I commented out, but it did not help in the case of yellow underwear, I didn’t try others yet, I suddenly thought the solution was different.
Here:
<!-- <File>1_pc/3_pew/armor/38_underwear/pew_00_uw_0020.pac</File>
    <File>1_pc/3_pew/armor/38_underwear/pew_00_uw_0020_01.pac</File> -->
For example:

Most of these costumes I edited myself, somewhere a 3D model, somewhere textures, in some of both.
How to get rid of these holes? Thank you.

I don't have it at home right now, so I'll just answer in my head.
In the case of underwear, there are two solutions.
One is texture.
It's an _ao file.
This is just to fill it with yellow.
The second is the relation written in the second half of partcutdesc.
Find the relation for underwear.
It specifies that the nude should be cut. We will disable this.
However, this will affect all characters.
If you are exporting with the file command, the location is different. Look for it.
The more you know, the more you'll understand.

Please write down the clothes that the body will be cut into, knowing the costume numbers of all the characters.
It's very tedious.
Just like I'm writing the Sage files individually.
If you want it to look the way you want it, you'll have to figure it out yourself.

Add the following lines (partcutdesc.xml)
<File>1_Pc/11_PGW/Armor/10_Lowerbody/PGW_00_LB_0227.pac</File>
<File>1_Pc/11_PGW/Armor/10_Lowerbody/PGW_00_LB_0227_dm.pac</File>
Here's a place to add it
<CutType Name="PKW_LowerbodyHair">
