Actually, it's already done. At least, Marlow Brandon has a dynamic Cynthia hair. Just look under the Pokémon spoiler. There's a static version on the Booru, too, although it seems a bit short.

They aren't the best, but they're the best I could find. I had to go screen capture from watching that episode of Pokemon.

Has anyone made this character yet?

I know she might be hard to make due to lack of appearance in the anime, but I would really like for someone to make her if they can. I've got the rest of the female protagonists from the Pokemon series, but I haven't been able to find her. If there is one of her that is any good, it'd be great if someone could point it out for me.

Like I said, she didn't appear in the anime, so its hard to find a good side picture of her. Though I think I did manage to find a few good ones that you can hopefully use.
