this mod changes the static BG loading to support wider backgrounds.
in order to see the wider area, you will have to expand the default game window size wider
wider backgrounds are ones that are larger than 700 pixels wide
also make sure this loader setting in 'Settings.txt' is set to 0:
bordersEnabled=0
otherwise the wide background pictures will be covered by colored borders
the background i used for testing is from SyntaxTerror:
(the mod linked is a swf that handles its widescreen itself, i just used the picture inside it)
