moved creation of him buttons earlier in initial loading to prevent enableinloaderediting=1 from trying to update the buttons before they were created.

added button on him menu to controls animtool's hidehimbody, hidehimpenis, and useloaderarm.
added new position setting for an end point location for her knee anchor, so the location of her legs can be translated / move with mouse animation movement.

bugfix, corrected oldzoom being used on default positions and startup positioning
bugfix, corrected armwears/nails not following closed hand (moreclothing was fixing this, just adding some logic in animtools to cover it if moreclothing is not being used)

added support to be able to extend animtool's vigour voice, uploaded 'animtoolsAudioExtension' example mod to the resource manager.

adjusted charcode saving to now save the voice name to account for any new voices that are added, previous charcode entries loaded that just used the char number will still load up that hunnie pop voice (so 2 loads up Audrey)

added setting matchAnimtoolsVoiceGrunts=1 ;1==enabled, animtools will search for audioReplacer char voices and if animtools has a voice that matches the animCharVoice will be adjusted. 2==enabled, animtools will change audioReplacer char voice to match its selected animCharVoice if it has it.

bugfix, corrected some logic that was messing up the editor for him custom arm stuff.

adjusted proxy logic so pre functions registered that are not replacing the vanilla function moved earlier in the proxy chain for better mod compatibility

bugfix for hand angle saving that was saving the current angle of her hand instead of the start of a hand angle translation

bugfix for armpos coordinates saving the wrong values
adjusted logic for rub hand option, included 'on her ass' as an arm position that supports rubbing. note that hand rubbing is only enabled if the arm is set to a fixed position, it does not enable if the arm position has a start and end location.
i am sure the web hosts appreciate when i clear out a bunch of junk instead of making this a 80 meg download

added new position setting 'offpathposmovement'
this determines how much vertical mouse movement affects her movement. default is 80. in previous versions of animtools this was set to 0 in the editor, but not in the loader so made some slight differences.
added this so positions where her neck/head is supposed to be restrained, player vertical mouse movement does not move her around as much.
this can be negative, so upward mouse movement can angle her downward instead

hid away the controls and hotkeys for him skew now that reverse him properly working (feature was already disabled in previous version, but forgot to remove the controls)
